“ I absolutely love sushi and have tried many but this place shines! The fish is so fresh its actually buttery, not cold and hard and they are not stingy with it either. I happen to be lucky enough that its right in my neighborhood but it is worth a drive. My favorite is the Cherry Blossom roll or sashimi but their Tuna Tower is the best in the Colorado Springs area. Its absolutely stunning as well, so take a picture before you devour it. Their non-sushi items are also delicious. ”
